She finds joy in bringing one-of-a-kind design concepts to life and fostering strong client connections. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of each client’s ethos, Briana consistently pushes the envelope of creativity to curate spaces that are truly unique. Beyond design and fearlessly leading our PDG team, she embraces a holistic lifestyle centered around health and wellness and loves spending time with her family and animals on their flower farm.

Stephanie considers it a unique privilege to collaborate with her clients, transforming their dreams into tangible realities within their built environments. With an eye for quality and a client-centered approach, she thrives in the many details of each project. Whether devouring books or immersing herself in a new podcast series, Stephanie always embraces each opportunity to expand her knowledge and curiosity.
Kaitlyn Barrett Deter

Kaitlyn's passion for interior design ignited in fifth grade, and it has remained unwavering ever since. With a harmonious blend of creativity and analytical expertise, she advocates for the principle of "less is more" and holds a steadfast preference for the elegance of black. Outside the realm of design, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two beloved furry companions, Olive and Onyx. In her free time, you’ll likely find her exploring antique stores or meticulously planning her next home improvement endeavor.
Sarah Furore
Senior Project Interior Designer
Sarah, born and raised in Leland Michigan, realizes her love of Tetris as a child now fuels her desire for creative, yet efficiently designed spaces. She visualizes each space as a puzzle, determined to find the most seamless solution. Outside of design, you'll find her planning the next adventure with her husband and son, hanging with friends, cooking, crafting or enjoying the great outdoors!
Chris Spurgeon
Project Interior Designer
Chris is a proud Hoosier, born and raised in Indiana. Transitioning to life as a designer after her first real job, Chris discovered the perfect alignment between her career and passion, as her love for beautiful homes and functional floor plans was matched only by her equally strong passion for people. Chris loves spending time with her hubby & two girls, enjoys reading, hiking, swimming and hanging with friends. She’s a color girl (over neutrals) every single day of the week.
Lydia Walker
Project Interior Designer
Lydia began her journey in residential interiors before honing her focus on commercial spaces. Initially drawn to the beauty of natural designs, she joins our dedicated team of designers to bring the perfect blend of artistry and functionality to companies. Outside of work, Lydia tends to her chickens and ducks with her hubby Ryan, indulges in her love for cooking, and generously volunteers her time at her church.
Cortney Florkowski
Project Interior Designer
Cortney has a deep love for art, architecture and interior design. She spent several years working in residential interior design and in her free time she loves spending time with her family while hiking, camping and visiting the beach. She pulls inspiration from traveling to new places and likes to incorporate character into designs with a mix of classic and unique touches for a timeless look!
Madi Niswonger
Junior Interior Designer
Madi is a University of Kentucky graduate who instantly gravitated towards a creative atmosphere so that she could positively affect people and change their environments for the better. Her favorite interior trend is natural wood tones with dark accents to create a moody ambiance. In her free time, Madi enjoys meeting with her bible study group and spending time with her husband and adorable pup.
Emma Wible
Junior Interior Designer
Emma, a University of Cincinnati grad, believes in the power of thoughtful design to shape experiences and well-being. She is inspired by the design trend of bringing the outdoors in, incorporating natural materials, plants, and open spaces to create places that thrive and inspire. When not designing, Emma dreams of backpacking through Europe or the Scottish Highlands. She is passionate about living each day with endurance and faith.
Mike Dunkin
VP of Technology Development
Mike’s engineering mind is detail-oriented and highly organized; which we all admire. Although he is a wickedly talented techy, he is truly a jack of all trades, as his previous work experience included engineering and finish carpentry. A natural homebody and family man, Mike loves solving problems, organization and architectural design, especially when it’s functional and purposeful.
Maribeth Brennan
Bookkeeper
Maribeth appreciates design’s ability to transform a house into a home. In fact, she came to Parallel after working with one of our designers to create a comfortable space for her first home. She loves the color grey in design, especially the newer warmer oatmeal color that’s trending and claims her home will be in trouble when she stops liking grey!
