Briana Dunkin
Principal—Designer
Briana is an all-in creative spirit who enjoys bringing design visions to life and building client relationships. She designs to fit clients’ cultures and brands while creating unique environments that push the limits of design. Her favorite color changes daily, although today she’s partial to Sherwin Williams Cyberspace and colors you can’t even classify—grayish tan, anyone?

Stephanie Burkhart
Studio Director / Senior Project Interior Designer
Stephanie loves sharing her envisioned designs with the world and appreciates the unique privilege of seeing her work come to life. She enjoys the current oversized lighting trend—the bigger the better!—and treats lighting as a design jewel, adding sparkle to a space. In between raising her two growing girls with her husband, she can always find time to read a book and is also a certified podcast junkie.

Kaitlyn Barrett Deter
Studio Director / Senior Project Interior Designer
Kaitlyn knew she wanted to be an Interior Designer since the fifth grade and hasn't waivered since. As an equal right brain/left brain, she firmly believes that less is more and when given the chance to choose, she will always choose black. When she isn't fully immersed in all things Interior Design, she hangs with her hubby and her two fur babies Olive and Onyx.

Adrienne Evans
Marketing + Client Experience
Adrienne’s passion for design started at a young age when she rearranged her bedroom furniture almost every Saturday morning. She gets excited about white walls and open spaces, as she believes it invites positive energy and happiness into a room. In her free time, her creative spirit leads her to practice calligraphy, encourage women in their faith and fitness journeys, and spend quality time with her hubby and children.

Sarah Furore
Senior Project Interior Designer
Sarah, born and raised in Leland Michigan, finds design inspiration everywhere – from nature, to art, architecture or online; she takes it all in (always) as it drives her in her own design creations. Besides her love for interior design – she loves spending time with family and friends, adores cooking and crafting and is a big fan of the great outdoors. Her current favorites? Tedeschi Trucks Band and vanilla lattes.

Chris Spurgeon
Project Interior Designer
Chris has lived in Indiana her whole life + doesn’t plan on changing that! Always having a love for beautiful homes and functional floor plans, Chris transitioned to design after her first real job; realizing she needed her career and passion to coincide. Outside of life as a designer, Chris loves spending time with her hubby & two girls, enjoys reading, hiking, swimming and hanging with friends. She’s a color girl (over neutrals) every single day of the week.

Lydia Walker
Project Interior Designer
Lydia joins us as a recent graduate with a great love for design. Inspired by beautiful designs in nature, Lydia first spent time focusing on residential interiors and is now narrowing in on commercial interiors as she joins our passionate team of designers to serve companies through the art and science of design. In Lydia’s free time, she cooks with her hubby Ryan, and volunteers for her church.

Jen Delia
Project Interior Designer
Jen has lived in 5 states in her lifetime and all because of her moves, she grew to love various architecture and design from a young age. She gives kudos to her dad who is responsible for passing along the design and art gene. Jen loves drawing, animals, being in the great outdoors, and bee-bopping around downtown with her pals. Her current favorite trend? Warm + neutral everything, pretty please.

Cortney Florkowski
Project Interior Designer
Cortney has a deep love for art, architecture and interior design. Mike Dunkin
VP of Technology Development
Mike’s engineering mind is detail-oriented and highly organized; which we all admire. Although he is a wickedly talented techy, he is truly a jack of all trades, as his previous work experience included engineering and finish carpentry. A natural homebody and family man, Mike loves solving problems, organization and architectural design, especially when it’s functional and purposeful.

Maribeth Brennan
Bookkeeper
Maribeth appreciates design’s ability to transform a house into a home. In fact, she came to Parallel after working with one of our designers to create a comfortable space for her first home. She loves the color grey in design, especially the newer warmer oatmeal color that’s trending and claims her home will be in trouble when she stops liking grey!
