Hub and Spoke was built along the Nickel Plate Trail as a one-of-a-kind master-planned 94,000 square-foot design center. A mixed-use building featuring office space, retail showrooms, Community Connect coworking space, state-of-the-art Makerspace, training facility and an event center, Parallel was honored to be chosen as the design partner for this innovative project and hub of the homebuilding and design industries.
