Challenges
  1. Challenge: Revamp Floor Plan

While right-sizing the floor plan, Relevance wished to continue fostering a culture of both working and playing hard. Designated spaces for mental breaks—plush seating near a TV, ping-pong games, and an open accessible kitchen—create an inviting atmosphere. The open concept and large windows provide intentional, lighthearted areas to unwind.

  2. Challenge: Noise and Clutter Control

With concrete floors, Relevance’s space required special consideration of noise pollution from the open desk environment. Careful spacing of collaborative and personal work areas were designed to control noise levels. Creative and minimal storage solutions control clutter.

  3. Challenge: Tight Budget and Timeline

Despite budgetary and timeline restrictions, we created an open collaborative space in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Exposed industrial elements, reclaimed wood, and crisp lines evoke a contemporary feel on par with Relevance’s creative and sophisticated brand.

Space Breakdown

The Relevance space balances raw interior elements with softer outdoor elements, like meeting spaces on the green, frosted glass resembling a cool morning fog, and a ceiling illuminated in soft, sky blue.
