Parallel Design Group recently partnered with our friends at Parkwood Crossing in Indianapolis to transform their dated lobbies and common areas into vibrant, welcoming spaces, ensuring they not only attract prospect businesses but maintain the loyalty of existing tenants. We led with our design expertise to conduct a head-to-toe renovation for lobbies One, Four and Three as well as a partial renovation to Parkwood Five Lobby. This combination is a transformation of over 183,000 total SF including restrooms, corridors and more into stunning, modern spaces.
As an owner rep for Parkwood Crossing, I needed to work with a team of visionaries that know how to invoke an emotional “wow” factor in their concepts that are also executable at a reasonable price. Parallel Design Group struck that balance four times with four different Parkwood building lobbies (Parkwood One, Parkwood Three, Parkwood Four, and Parkwood Five)! Each building lobby has renewed, enriching character with modern treatments that weave color and texture that delivers a unique experience at each building. No detail was skipped – tenant entry portals and backlit signage, elevator cab interior upgrades, restroom renovations, seating with fabric textures and colors, lighting that’s both functional and artistic, and the beautiful artwork selections – all of it was given meticulous attention and thought, and the results speak for themselves.
